Come Play Mudd Volleyball With Us, help Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling with supporting Tingley Hospital!
Getting dirty can be fun, especially when it’s for a good cause. So Come Play Mudd Volleyball With Us!
The 24th Annual Mudd Volleyball Event is New Mexico’s largest single-day fundraising event. It brings over 8,000 players to a fun-filled day of volleyball like you’ve never seen before. All proceeds from the event go toward supporting the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation; a philanthropic organization providing individualized services that bridge the gap for families and children with special needs. Their work enables these children to reach their full potential by giving them the same opportunities as children who are typically developing.
Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling are the Shower Sponsors this year and we are proud and excited to be involved in this great event. Here are some of the details:
Players must be 18 years of age to get in the Mudd. Teams are guaranteed 5 round robin games with rally scoring (weather permitting). Winning teams will advance to playoff rounds. Your team can include 12 players. Teams may have up to 8 players on the court at any time, but no fewer than 6. Teams must be co-ed with at least half the players on the court being female. Gates open this Saturday (June 2nd) at 6:30 a.m. and games start at 9 a.m. sharp. Event is located at Rio Bravo and 2nd Street.
There may still be time to get a team together or be part of one: https://www.abqmuddvolleyball.org/product/2018-early-registration/
So Come Play Mudd Volleyball With Us! If not, just come out and cheer on everyone who’s getting dirty for a good cause!
