All About Jacinto Aguilar – Team Member of the Month – December 2019 and January 2020

He’s been with the company for more than four years. Moreover, this isn’t the first time he’s won Team Member of the Month. Jacinto earned this honor a few times in the past, each time accepting with humble appreciation.

Before coming to Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling, he worked for a company that required a lot of travel. Since he had to travel so often, he didn’t get to spend what he felt was an adequate amount of time with his family. He wanted to work somewhere that would allow him to be home and spend more time with his two daughters. Jacinto’s brother encouraged him to apply with our company, and he’s been an incredible asset to the team ever since!

As a field manager with our Residential Plumbing Install team, he oversees all the large plumbing jobs and installations. He makes sure our jobs are done correctly and up to code. Jacinto enjoys seeing his fellow team members grow within their careers and progress in the company, whether it’s in the field or in the office.

What Does Jacinto Like Best About Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling?

When asked what he likes best about working with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling, the first words that come out are how family oriented the company is. After that, Jacinto says he likes that he doesn’t feel micromanaged and that he can experiment on the job and develop his knowledge base. He gets a charge out of being able to grow in his trade and to be efficient in what he does every day.

Jacinto has never won Team Member of the Year, but he’s in the running. He says that if he won, he would love to travel to a new destination that he’s never visited. Whether or not he wins, this guy is definitely going places!
