Your HVAC system is complicated and needs to have a tune-up at least twice per year (fall & spring). These are the times that our Residential Service Agreements are very beneficial. The spring tune-up includes the following services:
- Shut down your furnace
- Remove any seasonal dampeners
- Re-start your air conditioner or evaporative cooler including
- 15-point safety inspection
- Air conditioning tune-up
- 10-point inspection/tune-up of evaporative cooler
But our contracts include more than bi-annual visits. As a Home Systems Plan member, your needs are our priority. If you have an emergency or require our immediate service, you have our full attention before other customers. Our heating and central air conditioning service agreement gives you the VIP treatment you deserve. You will be our priority 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. On top of all that, you will receive a 10% discount on all necessary parts as well as any equipment upgrades you choose to do.
