Introducing the Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling Service Agreement Membership! The Membership–which any homeowner can sign up for–is suitable for a whole year! It even covers several different types of home services. And, to make things even better, there are a couple of different plan options available. Let’s discuss the different options in a little more detail:
One plan covers a spring and a fall visit, where we get the respective units up and running for the appropriate seasons. For instance, our company would come to your home in the spring to get your cooling running ahead of the blazing summer heat. Then in the early fall, the company would return and shut down your cooling unit and get the heat running for the chilly winter months.
Our other Service Agreement Membership plan covers the entire home. Yes, the whole house. The Membership includes the recommended spring and fall visits, one electrical inspection, one plumbing inspection, either a water heater flush or inspection, or cabling your main sewer line.
Perks of Membership
What are the perks offered to you with this Membership? We offer priority scheduling to you, and we call you as early as February to schedule your spring start-up, and as soon as August to schedule the fall start-up. Members receive a 10% discount on repairs and equipment when deemed necessary by the technician. You’ll also receive year-round preferential treatment and regular maintenance for optimal performing equipment. The best part about being a Member? The money saved on repairs by scheduling routine maintenance!
The only downside to the Memberships is that they don’t automatically renew. However, our office will call you towards the end of your plan to see if you’d like to renew or change plans.
